Stan Kniss
I have been in the real estate business for the better part of 30 years, and I’ve enjoyed some nice successes along the way. I was part of the original sales team during the pre-sales phase of the project in 2007, and then returned in 2009 to sell out the project. And I’ve spent most of the last 20 years specializing in the Downtown Denver condominium market. I’ve been in just about every condo building in town, and I know what makes this one special.
During all of it, the things that have kept me moving forward are a deep love for my wife and twin boys, an unnatural fascination with tiny houses and a close connection to the outdoors – although you won’t find me running marathons or base-jumping off a cliff.
I believe living a balanced life is important, so in my spare time, I love to fly-fish, exercise and travel. And for me, an essential component of maintaining that balance is supporting great groups and organizations like the Heliotrope Foundation, which serves both domestic and international communities, and where I serve on the Board of Directors.
