Rising above the heart of downtown, the Four Seasons Denver is comprised of 16 floors of premier hotel space and 27 floors of privately owned residences—two worlds connected by craftsmanship, but intentionally separate in experience. The Residences
The Four Seasons Denver’s collection of 99 Private Residences puts you right at the heart of it all: the city, its culture, and the natural beauty all around.
The building offers 16 different floor plans, ranging in size from one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths, to four bedrooms and nearly 6,800 square feet. Designed by renowned architect John Carney, each residence is designed to highlight natural light, a sense of openness and for most residences, generous outdoor living. Each corner of the building orients to a view that either features city views or mountain views, with many that enjoy the combination of both. In the spirit of privacy, no floor in the building has greater than six homes, with many being as few as two per floor.

It takes a team of talented minds to realize a vision like the Four Seasons Denver: developers, engineers, designers, contractors, not to mention one of the world’s top hotel operators. But even something as grand as the Four Seasons Denver started with a simple idea and a sketch on the back of a napkin over 15 years ago. And it was Wyoming architect John Carney that put this idea to paper. Today, the building you see is the direct result of his designs, and the small idea that was brought to life through the creativity and passion of one incredible team.
